At Mindful Swimming, safety is always the top priority. With the rise in open water events, the number of preventable drownings has also increased. Coaching helps swimmers understand their limits, improve technique, and stay alert to the real risks of open water. We believe each swimmer is ultimately responsible for their own safety—and that mindset matters as much as training. To support this, we partner with Swim Secure to offer tow floats and gear.
