Getting ready for a triathlon? Working with a coach helps you clean up your stroke, build confidence in open water, and learn how to pace yourself so you don’t burn out early. Whether you’re aiming to finish your first sprint tri, compete in a full Ironman, or you’re training for a Crossfit competition with a swim event – coaching gives you the tools to swim efficiently and stay calm under pressure. You’ll feel the difference on race day.
Using our coaching you will experience a sensible way to build (or remodel) your stroke. Whether you desire to swim for the first time, for fitness and recreation, competition, or preparing for a channel swim. You’ll learn how to position your body to cooperate better with water and gravity, how to shape and stabilize your body to more easily slide forward, and how to move in a way that greatly lowers risk of injury and increases your strength and efficiency.
